ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 and A2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b),342, 324, 307, 506(ii),109 and 34 of IPC in Crime No.85 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that there was money dispute due to which there was a wordy quarrel, in which the petitioner said to have abused, assaulted the defacto complainant and also threatened with dire consequences, hence the case.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4. Taking into consideration the fact and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the injured is still taking treatment in https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.5282 of 2023 the hospital this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
