This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner tto direct the second respondent herein to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioners and their family members.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that already on the complaint of the petitioners enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. Since the representation of the petitioners was already considered and the same was closed by the second respondent no further order is required to be passed in this petition.
