Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to expedite the enquiry of the Revision No: A3/6328/2022 dated 05.03.2022 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2022. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for early disposal of the petitioner's statutory revision filed under the Patta Pass Book Act, 1986, which is pending on the file of the first respondent.

2.The petitioner has filed the aforementioned revision petition before the first respondent on 05.03.2022, aggrieved by the issuance of patta in the name of the second respondent. According to her, the second respondent obtained a patta in his name by using fabricated documents and by producing fabricated orders. The government official has already lodged a complaint against the second respondent and an FIR has been registered against the second respondent in Crime No.11 of 2021. Aggrieved by the issuance of patta in the name of the second respondent, the petitioner has filed a statutory revision under the Patta Pass Book Act, before the first respondent on 05.03.2022, which is still pending. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the said revision. 3.No prejudice would be caused to the first respondent, if the petitioner's statutory revision is disposed of within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.Accordingly, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's statutory revision dated 05.03.2022 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.[MD]No.6765 of 2022 referred to supra, within a period of five [5] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and the second respondent, including granting them the right of personal hearing.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
