*********** The petitioner has challenged the impugned auction notification dated 04.04.2022, issued by the third respondent on the ground that the procedure contemplated under the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998 and its Rules have not been followed. 2.Heard Mr.R.Murali, learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.A.Sivanupandian, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the third respondent.

W.P.[MD]No.6781 of 2022 3.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the respondents have decided to withdraw the impugned auction notification dated 04.04.2022. 4.Since the impugned auction notification has been withdrawn, no further orders need to be passed in this writ petition. 5.After recording the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the respondents to issue fresh auction notification by following the procedure contemplated under the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998 and its Rules. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
