PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 2nd Respondent not to harass the petitioners for a civil dispute based on the complaint of Mrs.Kuruvammal and Sivagami dated 27/02/2023.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent not to harass the petitioners for a civil dispute based on the complaint of Mrs.Kuruvammal and Sivagami dated 27/02/2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Kuruvammal, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, both side parties appeared and the petitioners gave statements that he will repay the amount which was borrowed by them from the complainant. Based on the above said undertaking given by the petitioners, the above said enquiry was closed.

3. Since the enquiry has already been closed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter.

4. With the above said observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
