Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the material available on record.
2. The petitioner was appointed as a Anganwadi worker by the second respondent on 24.10.2018 and she joined duty on 01.11.2018. Seniority list has been issued by the second respondent for the promotion as Principal Anganwadi Worker on 06.01.2025. The petitioner stood at Sl.No.1, but she was not promoted. At the same time, four juniors are promoted as a Principal Anganwadi Worker. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner submitted a representation on 03.02.2025, requesting to consider her for promotion to the post of Principal Anganwadi worker by considering her seniority. But, it was not considered by the authorities. Against the inaction of the first respondent in considering the representation of the petitioner dated 03.02.2025, the petitioner is constrained to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of the respective counsels and carefully perused materials available on record. This Court is of the considered opinion that without going into the merits of this case, this writ petition can be disposed of at the admission stage itself with a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2025 within the stipulated time to meet the ends of justice.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2025 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
