The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.874 of 2025, dated 30.01.2025, wherein, this Court has directed the third respondent therein to comply with the orders of the first respondent therein, dated 31.05.2018 by appointing an enquiry officer and the enquiry shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of appointment of enquiry officer. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before his Court. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the orders passed by this Court in the above Writ Petition has been complied with. 4.Recording the said submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed 30.03.2026 2/4
