Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions from the respondent submitted that action is being taken against for filling up the post of Junior Engineer (Agricultural Engineering) and that the crucial date is 01.04.2023. While drawing panel the petitioner's name will be considered as and when he reaches his turn for promotion as per the eligibility criteria laid down in the statutory rule. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
