CMP(MD) No.3478 of 2026 in CMA(MD)SR No.19316 of 2026 This Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 24(1) of Tamil Nadu Motor Accident Case Tribunal Rules 1989 r/w Section 151 of C.P.C., to exempt the payment of balance Court fee of Rs.15,000/- payable by the petitioner in CMA(MD) SR No.19316 of 2026.

ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to exempt the payment of balance Court fee of Rs.15,000/- in the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.It is not in dispute that the claim petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by the Tribunal.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is allowed and the petitioners are exempted from the payment of Court fee of Rs.15,000/- in CMA(MD)SR.No.19316 of 2026 for the present, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall pay the entire Court fee, as and when the petitioners receive any part of the amount, that has been awarded as compensation to the petitioners / claimants in M.C.O.P.No.1977 of 2022. das 23.03.2026 To Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal/Special District Judge, Madurai.
