ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to insist the third respondent not to harass and allow the petitioner to live peacefully on the basis of the complaint dated 08.02.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioner to the Police Station and harassed him.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners are involved in cases of chain snatching and the petitioners 2 and 3 are history sheeted rowdies. The respondent did not cause any harassment.

5.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
