ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who are arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 7.04.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 302 of I.P.C. r/w.120(b) of IPC in Crime No.208 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by the Vacation Sessions Judge, Sivagangai in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.61 of 2017 on 18.05.2017.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and his name is not found placed in the FIR and he has been falsely implicated in this case and there is no specific overt act against the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the deceased was a practicing advocate in Sivagangai District and he was murdered by the accused. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has raised his serious objection for granting of bail to the petitioner on the ground that the offence is serious and the other accused also still in custody.

5. It is the case where the member of the Bar had been abducted and murdered and subsequently, belongings were also stolen.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of offences allegedly committed by the petitioner / accused, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
