ORDER

The Criminal Revision is directed against the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.633 of 2022 in Cr.M.P.No.296 of 2021 in M.C.No.29 of 2020 dated 23.02.2023 on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has circulated a letter to the Registry, dated 18.09.2024, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Permission is granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
