For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.375 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order : Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner herein arrayed as A2 in this case, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 323 and 324 of I.P.C., in Crime No.375 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with one Vengatesh had abused the de facto complainant using filthy language and they also had caused injury on the de facto complainant. Hence the complaint.

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the State would submit that the offences mentioned above are bailable in nature.

5. In the light of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) that the above offences are bailable in nature, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
