PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.306 of 2012 pending on file of the respondent police and further direct him to file a final report within the stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, directing the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.306 of 2012 pending on the file of the respondent police and further directing the respondent to file a final report within the stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that charge sheet has been filed on 19.07.2012 before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Lalgudi and the same is not yet taken on file and a copy of the charge sheet has been filed before this Court.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
