This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct further investigation in F.I.R.No.305 of 2020, pending on the file of the third respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent police conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as 'mistake of fact' on 02.06.2021 and the referred charge-sheet notice has been duly served to the petitioner on 03.11.2021 and filed a Referred Charge-Sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
