ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records (Summon) dated 14.03.2023 issued by the first respondent and quash the same.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. A perusal of records shows that on 11.04.2023, after hearing both sides, this Court referred the matter to the mediation centre. In spite of the best efforts taken by the mediators, the matter has not been settled between the parties. Only technical plea has been raised by the petitioner, it is not sufficient to quash the proceedings.

4. In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to enquire the second respondent's complaint and dispose of the same on its own merits by following the proper procedure, since it is a matrimonial issue. The entire process shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
