ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 498(A) of I.P.C.

, and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that A1 is the husband and A2 to A4 are the in-laws of the de-facto complainant and they have been implicated in this case on the allegation of demand of dowry. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they are innocent.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit in his argument that petition enquiry is pending and still now, FIR has not been registered.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioners. Hence, this petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to move for necessary relief before the appropriate Court.
