ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/A1, prays for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 323, 307 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.158 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The petitioner was arrayed as A7. On 15.02.2016, considering the fact that the injured discharged from hospital the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai. The petitioner has not complied with the condition. However, the petitioner has filed a petition seeking extension of time by 10 days. The said petition was returned by the trial court on the ground that the stipulated time has lapsed and hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition seeking anticipatory bail.

3. It is open to the petitioner to re-present the petition within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and it is for the trial court to consider the same in accordance with law.
