ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the first respondent to direct the second respondent to register the F.I.R. based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.08.2016 investigate into the same and file final report within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. 4.In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
