O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Case is directed against the impugned condition No.(i) made in Crl.M.P.No.1593 of 2024 in C.A.No.220 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Karur, wherein, the petitioner was directed to deposit 25% of the compensation amount to the credit in C.C.No.738 of 2018 on the file of the 1/4

Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court @ Magisterial Level, Karur on or before 21.01.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has earlier filed eight revisions challenging the similar condition imposed in eight criminal appeals and since the total amount has come to Rs.80 lakhs, the condition to deposit 25% of the compensation amount came to be modified by this Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the cases and also taking note of the fact that the petitioner is directed to deposit 25% of the compensation amount, this Court is inclined to modify the impugned condition No.(i) to the effect that the petitioner is directed to deposit 20% of the compensation amount before the concerned Court, on or before 09.04.2025. In respect of other conditions, the order of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Karur, shall remain unaltered.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 18.03.2025 das 2/4
