This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to file a charge sheet in Cr.No.44 of 2012, pending before the respondent police in accordance with law.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that after conducting the investigation in Crime NO.44 of 2012, charge sheet has been filed by the respondent police before the concerned Magistrate Court and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.21 of 2016.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
