ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner, who was arrested on 26.04.2018 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 506 (ii), 307 IPC r/w 3(1) of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.79 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that injured has been discharged from the hospital. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the period of incarceration of the petitioner and also considering the fact that injured has been discharged from the hospital, I am of the view that the petitioner could be enlarged on bail. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
