This petition has been filed to call for the records and to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.7 of 2015 on the file of the Respondent No.1 dated 18.02.2015.

2. When the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the investigation has been completed in Cr.No.7 of 2015 and a final report has been filed on 23.09.2015 before the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai and the same has not yet been taken on file.

3. Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
