ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 19.08.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.28258 of 2023, wherein, this Court has directed the respondent to consider the request of the petitioner for regularization of his service in the cadre of Night Watchman with effect from 16.05.1991.

2. In compliance with the order of this Court, the respondent has issued proceedings on 28.03.2025, rejecting the request of the petitioner. The same has been communicated to the writ petitioner by the third respondent on 07.04.2025.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order, if he is so advised. 16.04.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes BTR 2/4
