ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.08.2016 and 26.09.2016, investigate into the same and file final report within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. 4.In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
