ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to transfer registration in the name of the petitioner, who has purchased the vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-57-BM-5925 in an auction sale.

2. An objection apparently has been made by the original owner/third respondent, who had defaulted in the payment of the hire purchase amount, as a result of which the vehicle was brought to sale.

3. Considering the fact that there is an objection, the Registering Authorities refused to register the petitioner's name. Therefore, direction is issued to the first respondent to conduct an enquiry and pass necessary orders, after hearing both the petitioner as well as the third respondent

within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
