ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in the connection with the case in Crime No.79 of 2024, for the offence under Sections 294(b) and 324 IPC, have filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.
2. The petitioners and the defacto complainants are neighbours. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioners have attacked the defacto complainant with a wooden log and caused grievous injury.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submits that it is a case in counter and the defacto complainant's family members only picked up quarrel with the petitioners' family and attacked them with deadly weapon and caused injuries.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the defacto complainant is a woman and she has suffered fracture injuries.

5. Though the petitioners claim that they have also suffered injuries, there is no material proof available before this Court to substantiate the same.
6. Considering the nature of allegations and also considering the fact that the defacto complainant has suffered fracture injuries, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
