O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the interim order of this Court dated 19.02.2025 passed in W.M.P.(MD).No.3213 of 2025 in W.P.(MD).No.4476 of 2025 in true letter and spirit.

2. In compliance of the statutory notice issued by this Court, Mr.Murugesh, the respondent herein is present before this Court.

3. The learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that in compliance of the impugned order dated 19.02.2025, the petitioner has been posted in Trichirappalli District vide proceedings dated 16.04.2025. Consequently, the petitioner joined in the office of AEC, Musiri, in Trichy District on 22.04.2025. Accordingly, the learned senior counsel submits that the impugned order passed by this Court has been fully complied with in true letter and spirit and as such, there is no willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the order of the court and sought to close this contempt petition.

4. There is no representation for the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by the learned senior counsel that the order of the court is complied with by issuing the proceedings dated 16.04.2025, in our considered opinion, no further adjudication is required in the present contempt petition.

6. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. 28.04.2025 Index :
