ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to give adequate police protection to the petitioner as well as his property based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 02.03.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 stated that enquiry is still pending.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6835 of 2022 3.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the private respondents and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

4.With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
