This petition is filed to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the Principal Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, in C.C.No.328 of 2022, dated 28.01.2025.

2. Today, when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
