[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to produce the detenu viz., J.Aarthi Priya, aged about 22 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this habeas corpus petition and sent an e-mail to that effect to the Registry of this Court.

3. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
