This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of SC and ST cases, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar to expedite the trial pending in SPL.S.C.No. 29 of 2019 and to conduct the trial on day to day basis and complete the same within stipulated time as framed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that now summon has been issued to the witnesses No.1 to 4 and the matter is posed to 13.04.2023.

3. The learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of SC and ST cases, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar, is directed to complete the trial process within the time stipulated as per law. 2/4
