2. When the petitioners claimed compensation of Rs.56,00,000/-, the Tribunal chose to pass an order for a sum of Rs.4,86,000/-. For the disallowed portion, the claimants have come up with this appeal.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner Mr.P.Lenin, would state that the petitioners are not in a position to pay huge sum of Rs.50,113/- for the claim made in the appeal, hence, he restrict their claim only to the award passed by the Tribunal.
4. It is his contention that the Tribunal instead of passing award against the second respondent, who is the registered owner of the vehicle, has directed the first respondent, who is said to have purchased the vehicle, to pay the award amount.
