PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to disconnect the electricity connection provided to respondents 4 to 9 as per proceedings No.Ka.No.UMiPO/Pa/SS.Ka/Ko.Manu/Su.No.40/19 dated 22.02.2019 and the legal notices made by the petitioner dated 03.01.2019 and 23.06.2019 respectively.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to discontinue the electricity service connection provided to the respondents 4 to 9 in line with the representation made by the petitioner in this regard. 2.There is already a substantial suit pending before the concerned Civil Court, which issue has been dealt with by this Court in W.P. (MD)No.7134 of 2021 by order dated 17.10.2023. 2/4

3.In view of the same, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in line with order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.7134 of 2021 dated 17.10.2023. No costs.
