The petitioner seeks issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to pass orders on the petitioner's application for issuance of patta.

2. The petitioner has made an application on 22.11.2024 to the 5th respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said application has not been processed for the past several months. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Considering the above, there shall be a direction to the 5th respondent to consider the petitioner's application, date 22.11.2024 for issuance of patta and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve

(12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
