The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 6 and 7 from threatening the petitioner to vacate and hand over possession of the property in Door No.65C, Poosari Street, Trichy to the eighth respondent.

2.Today when the matter was called, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the sixth and seventh respondents had not threatened the petitioner to vacate and hand over possession of the property in Door No.65C, Poosari Street, Trichy to the eighth respondent and they have no intention to threaten the petitioner for the purpose of vacating him. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
