Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner to withdraw the deposited amount laying in the petitioners S.B Account No. 472 in the 2nd respondent society based on the representation made by the petitioner dated 24.09.2020 within the time limit stipulated by this Honourable Court.

JUDGMENT

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents gives an undertaking that the order passed by this Court on 04.02.2021 will be complied with in letter and spirit. A sum of Rs.29,992/- had already been disbursed to the petitioner on 31.07.2021.
