This contempt petition has been filed as against the respondents for non complying with the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.3409 of 2020, dated 20.02.2020.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent submits that the order of this Court dated 20.02.2020 has been complied with and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 06.01.2022. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has also confirmed the same.

3. Recording the above submission, this contempt petition stands closed.
