ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to issue suitable directions to the first respondent to monitor the investigation in Crime No.134 of 2021.

2. There was no representation for petitioner.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation was completed by the second respondent herein and final report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nagercoil on 17.04.2021 and it is yet to be taken on file and hence, direction to monitor the investigation does not arise and as the final report itself was filed, the relief has became infractuous.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infractuous.
