PRAYER:

Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the learned District Munsif, Valliyoor, to expeditiously dispose the suit in O.S.No.12 of 2019, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the revision petitioner to direct the learned District Munsif, Valliyoor, to expeditiously dispose the suit in O.S.No.12 of 2019, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.Perusal of case records shows that originally the suit was filed by the first respondent in the year 2016 and subsequently it was transferred from the file of Principal District Munsif cum https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P(PD)(MD).No. 869 of 2022 Judicial Magistrate Court, Eraniel to the file of District Munsif Court, Valliyoor and renumbered as O.S.No.12 of 2019. The first revision petitioner is aged about 78 years.

4.Since the case is pending from the year 2016, without any progress and the first petitioner is also a senior citizen, the learned District Munsif, Valliyoor is hereby directed to dispose the suit in O.S. No. 12 of 2019, within three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
