ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.3, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.09.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 468, 469 and 471 IPC, in Crime No.314 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.
2.The prosecution case is that the accused by misusing the police warrant caused loss to the transport corporation to the tune of Rs.2,000/- and all the accused were secured and they are in custody.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he is languishing in jail from 23.09.2016. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that major part of the investigation is over. 5.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 6.Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten
