ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry by considering the petitioners' representation dated 02.03.2026. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police brought to the notice of this Court that they have received a complaint against the petitioners from the third respondent on 13.02.2026 alleging that he was threatened with a deadly weapons and C.S.R.No.114 of 2026 has been registered and they will complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks.

3.Considering the above said facts, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with a direction to the second respondent police to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 10.03.2026 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No vsg 2/4
