(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) Alleging non compliance of the order dated 11.11.2024 made in Writ Petition(MD)No.26758 of 2024, this contempt petition is filed. 2.
Today, when the contempt petition was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced the proceedings of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.3682/2024/M3 dated 05.03.2025 and stated that the representation of the petitioner was considered and and the abovesaid order has been passed stating that there is no encroachment in the place in question as alleged by the petitioner. The said proceedings has also been communicated to the petitioner.

Therefore, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the abovesaid order, it is for him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. 4.
