ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.1, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 332, 506(ii) of I.P.C., and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, 2002 in Crime No.280 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused assaulted the de-facto complainant with criminal intimidation.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the accused Nos.2 and 3 was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19164 of 2016 dated 05.10.2016 and there is change of circumstances.

5. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is dismissed.
