CRL MP(MD). No.3674 of 2020 This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1697 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.21 of 2020 dated 28.01.2020.
2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that due to lockdown, the petitioner could not appear before the concerned police station and prays to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.1697 of 2020 dated 28.01.2020.
3.It is seen that this Court has passed an order dated 24.02.2020, by modifying the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.(MD)No.21 of 2020, dated 28.01.2020. Admittedly, the petitioner failed to fulfill the condition for the past four months. Hence, the petitioner is directed to oblige the order passed by this Court.
