No.1697 of 2020 :- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in CRL.A.(MD) No.21 of 2020 dated 28.01.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the South Police Station, Tuticorin daily twice at 10.30 a.m and 5.00 p.m. Until further orders.

ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming upon for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.U.Maruthupandian, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. K.Dinesh babu, Addtional Public Prosecutor On Behalf of the Respondents No.1 and 2, this Court made the following order:

CRL MP(MD). No.3674 of 2020 This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1697 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.21 of 2020 dated 28.01.2020.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that due to lockdown, the petitioner could not appear before the concerned police station and prays to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.1697 of 2020 dated 28.01.2020.

3.It is seen that this Court has passed an order dated 24.02.2020, by modifying the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.(MD)No.21 of 2020, dated 28.01.2020. Admittedly, the petitioner failed to fulfill the condition for the past four months. Hence, the petitioner is directed to oblige the order passed by this Court.
