The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the Respondents to grant permission to the aforesaid Adal Padal Program to be held on 14.04.2022 at about 07.00 P.M. to be conducted at Arulmighu Sri Kaliamman Temple at Sannasipatty Village, Vilampatty (PO), Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District - 626 124, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 08.04.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is a rival group who is also having right over the temple, Arulmighu Sri Kaliamman Temple at Sannasipatty Village, Vilampatty (PO), Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District - 626 124. In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to conduct the enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 08.04.2022 after issuing notice to the counter party and pass order and dipose of the same on or before 14.04.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
