ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner, who was arrested on 02.11.2017 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 148, 120(b) and 302 of IPC, in Crime No.229 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that he has not involved in any other case.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the period of incarceration of the petitioner and I am of the view that the petitioner could be enlarged on bail. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned IV Additional Sessions Court, Tirunelveli and on further condition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
