Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.ANBURAJ.R., Advocate for the petitioners and of M/s.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and the investigation is not yet completed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the compliance of the earlier condition, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a week (ie.,) on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
