ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to disburse petitioner's / Agent's Commission for rendering her service as an Agent in the office of the 3rd respondent Life Insurance Corporation, based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2021, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner claims that she is the agent of the third respondent and that she has not been paid her commission. The petitioner has filed documents along with this writ petition in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.[MD]No.6816 of 2022 respect of her case. It is for the respondents to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law. The petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents on 13.07.2021 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the representation of the petitioner is considered on merits and in accordance with law. The petitioner has given representation on 13.07.2021 to the respondents calling upon to pay the agency commission, which according to the petitioner, has not been paid. 4.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2021 seeking for payment of her agency commission and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner, within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
