ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is a sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.08.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 436 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.367 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner threatened the defacto complainant with dire consequences using filthy language and set fire the dwelling house of the defacto complainant. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he is languishing in jail from 23.08.2016. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that charge-sheet has been filed on 13.09.2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kulithalai.

5.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kulithalai, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Karur District and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
